Products & Availability

All products displayed on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product specifications, pricing and availability at any time without notice.

While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

Pricing & System Errors

In the event of a pricing error, technical malfunction, system issue or incorrect product information displayed on the website, Beaba reserves the right to cancel, refuse or amend any order placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

If payment has already been taken for an order that is cancelled due to a system or pricing error, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Beaba reserves the right to limit quantities purchased and to reject orders that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorised or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect pricing or promotional errors

  • Product unavailability

  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions

  • Bulk or reseller purchasing behaviour

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes and sale events are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

  • Promotions are valid for a limited time only

  • Discounts are not redeemable for cash

Beaba reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been used incorrectly or where a system error has resulted in unintended discounts.

Shipping

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Beaba is not liable for delays in delivery once orders have been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless otherwise stated. Faulty or damaged products may be eligible for replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Consumer Guarantees Act.
